Trent River Solar Project
Overview
Construction of the Trent River Solar project was completed in 2021, and the facility now generates 108 MW of power. The project includes 832,170 panels spanning approximately 725 acres. The energy produced is equivalent to powering 16,000 homes. Trent River offsets roughly 134,100 metric tons of greenhouse gas emissions annually, comparable to avoiding the burning of 148 million pounds of coal or removing 29,150 gasoline-powered cars from the road each year.
